- All meetings begin with a discussion of gratitude – what we are thankful and positively focused on in our lives today.
- We reflect an attitude of gratitude towards our customers and our employees.
- Our relationships are grounded by and with gratitude. After each project we first reflect on “What worked?”, not “What didn’t work?”- and then ask, “If we could do this over, how might we do it even better?”
- Pride, courage, integrity, and good corporate citizenship are readily evident throughout the organization.

We work to ensure that Childress People have a fulfilled work life and good work-life balance as evidenced by:
- When we set project schedules, etc. we ensure that work=life balance is included in those decisions and schedule development.
- We are sensitive to remote work and strive to ensure that office-time and home-time are measured during the project.
- We ask people to work extra – we do not demand or require it. We believe that having such an approach will allow all of us to rise up to meet the challenges of our business.
- We understand when things happen at home and make allowances in our work to account for those.
